Stuart, As Jim said it could be warped discs, but when do you get the judder? If it's only after some frequent heavy braking, such as track day action, or dashes between roundabouts, then it might just be the pads over heating, especially if you has standard after market pads.
Or, if you've had the disks off recently, they might not be sitting 100% flat against the hubs.
