Whilst others have pointed out the issue of front disks, my experience with Fiesta based brakes is that the problem of judder comes from oval rear brake drums, to the extent that I cut a mandrel and mounted my drums in my late and skimmed them and voila! - no shudder. I have experienced front disk shudder on my Beauford and that was totally different and could be felt on the steering.
