Hi Chris,
There are 2 extra diodes on a 2+2 added to operated the headlight flap
relay.
Normally they are much smaller than this but maybe somebody decided to get
industrial.
There will be one connected between the main beam headlight and the relay
coil and another one connected between the dipped beam (or sidelight) and
the relay coil.

I've decided to re-wire the front of my 2+2 as it is a mess. But I
have noticed that in the wiring they are 2 rectifier's.

My question is do I need these and what will happen if I take them
out?
Does anybody else have these on their Quantum's?
