I also had a problem with the central locking & bought a 5 wire
actuator from fleabay & it had slightly different coloured wires as
follows:-

Original SPAL Wire      Destination     Aftermarket
                                                        Motor Wire
Black                   Earth           Black
Red                             Engine          Green
Blue                            Engine          Blue
Brown     Opening Microswitch   Brown
Purple     Closing Microswitch  White

Turned out that the control box was kaput, so I ended up buying a
complete new kit which now works fine.
