Quantum supplied instructions on this in the build manual, which i'd guess 
another member may be able to dig out for you. Briefly though- 
They're from a Mazda 323f of late 80's/early 90's vintage, like this:

You need to cut off the three studs and their associated casting, leaving a 
flat-ish surface that can sit against the Quantum door. The casting is then 
bonded to the door using a sikaflex type adhesive (not just silicon). This 
sounds a little heath robinson, but mine stayed on for 10k miles and were 
solid as a rock..
