Strange but Goodwoods management had the Soft top day organised for today! Mine was the only Quantum there that I saw. Wow what a collection, there was cars that I have never seen before and rareties like an original Lotus pre 7 type car with a Ford sidevalve lump, also 2 Renault Spiders and a Renault GTA convertible. There were literally thousands there in the sunshine. My eye was caught by a couple of reworked MX5,s that had their screens removed and replaced with a flyscreen. Most impressive were the pre war Bentleys or as Ettoire Bugatti said the fastest lorries in the world.
