I would rather you didn't come on here and accuse companies like the AA
of scamming/lying.
Especially as a simple google search reveals that the AA have offered
Boots vouchers.
So, i would suggest that it was simply a misunderstanding by either the
person you spoke to on the phone or the rep making the offer, maybe the
offer had expired and he didn't realise it.
I'm quite sure that the AA can trace the rep who sold you the membership
without any of the boxes being filled in, otherwise how could he get his
commission.
