well, I've run mine up to temperature with the fan cutting in twice, all is well with the water tightness of it all with no leaks (including the expansion tank bolts) but there is no heat from the matrix, upon further inspection there is no coolant flowing through the matrix at all, the hoses to and from are cold up to the matrix and gradually get warmer the further away from the matrix you go, and there is no coolant inside the matrix, i can tell this because the elbows i fitted to and from is are relatively translucent and no blue can be seen, so what do we reckon? air lock? blockage? the matrix is brand new as are all the hoses but maybe it is blocked? could be an air lock but id still expect some coolant to flow trough
