Was it a brand new engine but with various new ancillarys fitted ?
There are a lot of these around and i think they were sold by Ford as
engines for industrial applications and were never fitted to a road car
in that actual spec.
I believe Ford don't sell complete engines with ancillarys, the most you
get is a head and block with all internals.
Having said that it's not normally too hard to find parts that are
compatible.
The temperature sensor and steering column joint are almost certainly
the same on all models of the Mk3 Fiesta Zetec, just find a suitable age
and spec one on Ebay that hasn't got the number plate hidden and use
those details at your Ford dealer.

You should still be able to get those parts from your local Ford
dealer.
If you know the registration number of the donor then it’s easy,
otherwise you may need to find the registration of a correct make
and model Fiesta so the part guy can look it up on the computer.
If you can find a copy of Ford’s Microcat software, it’s what the
Ford dealers use to find parts.
You used to be able to buy copies on Ebay but i think they may
have been cracking down on it.
