I've been investigating this switch as a possible cause of failure to start (an on-going state). No impact has been suffered, I'm simply trying to eliminate all possible culprits.
I've located it but can't seem to find any button to press. As I recall from driving a Mk III Fiesta once, where this switch tripped for no obvious reason whilst parked, there was an evident button to press which I can't find on my version! When the switch is tripped, does it cut out the fuel pump - so hearing the fuel pump whirring when the ignition key is turned means that it has *not *been tripped? Starter motor turns, some desultory attempts at firing but otherwise nothing. Battery fully recharged to no effect. A nuisance as it's my main vehicle. Steve.
