Thank you all who sent comment and advice. I've not solved the problem quite yet, but the dip beam headlamp relay has melted away leaving a large melt hole in the relay carrier that clips to the rear of the fuse box. I cannot seem to find a replacement at the moment, searching on 3 different web part finders but no replies and nothing on eBay either. The part number is 94FG 14A 073 AA and the melted relay number is 88AG 13L02 8AA. I wondered if any kindly club member might have spares? Please ? Bill Jackson
