Chris, I can vouch for the Yoko Parada 2 tyres, as I've had a few of these on my Xtreme. Avoid harder compounds, as the Avon ZV3's I currently have on the rear are wearing well, but make the handling tail happy, which is great for fun on track but not so good on the road. However, as I'm wearing these down more the handling is getting better, but still a long way off the Yokos.
If you're not expecting to do many miles find something super sticky. The Toyo R1Rs Ian mentions sound like a good option and something I might explore as the Toyos I've got on my Jag cope really well with 400bhp through the rear wheels. If forget the spec, possibly T1R, but at 275/40/18 they might not be available in the Xtreme 195/50/15.
