Dear All, I have a question on the drive shaft dimensions. We have compared our family Quantums and there are two different size drive shafts! The critical dimension for us is the inboard CV housing. We have a pair where the housing on both sides matches at approx 2 inches long and another where the housing is approx 3 inches long both sides. The three inch long housing on the coupe is too close to the structure and rubbing the boot in the left hand side. A two inch is better as it would clear the structure. Is there a part number/ age/ type difference here? Anyone know what the correct one is. I would like to buy a two inch replacement if it can be identified.
