I'd check all the bulbs first, you will probably find they are blackened on
the inside of the glass.
A complete new set should make them bright enough even with the green/blue
filters.
Assuming new ones can be found of course.

Unscrew the two halves of the dash pod, then one at a time take out a big
bulb, put your finger in and push off the blue/green lampshade thing.
When they have all gone the dash will be better lit.
Fitting a white dial kit will also help.

They're just 501 types. You can get LED replacements but I always seem to
break them or put them in the wrong way so stick with bulbs instead
If youve got that the green tint it comes from a plastic dome inside the
clockset that comes out either with a screwdriver or by removing it
carefully giving white light instead of green
