I have just tried to get a Quote, from Footman James for my son who is 19, but apparently they will not quote for a kit car for any driver under 25. This is very frustrating as I had always previously heard that Quantum's were very reasonable to insure for young drivers. Any advice or alternatives would be most welcome.
