Hi there I've only secured my scuttle with 2 left and right; bolts under the bonnet, no vibrations. Something might be loose either under your scuttle or in between your footwells. To get access under your scuttle you'll need to remove steering cowling, stalks. You might get away with keeping the steering wheel on. There should not be a problem with wiring.
