HI all Just wondering if anyone has any ideas on the following
Our H4 (1.6 EFi Zetec engine) starts and runs fine for anything between 60 and 90 seconds and then cuts out. It will then turn over but not fire. After anything from 15 minutes to a couple of hours later it will start again and the cycle repeats Our local village garage have determined fuel pump is losing electrical power, hence no fuel to engine and that is why it stops - but they can't figure out why power to fuel pump stops.
