Hi. So my car had failed its MOT as the front headlights are positioned too low. They aren't even registering on the system they use to check.
Now, I don't know a lot about how it all works but I will try and describe it the best I can. On the back of the lights, are two screws, both lights have a screw at the top-centre, the left light has a screw at the bottom-right and the right light has a screw at the bottom-left. Apparently these screws should be able to slightly adjust the position of the light. When I turn them, nothing happens. I can physically move the light a little bit in the upwards position but it isn't enough. I've applied WD-40 just incase. The guy at the MOT station said, as long as the screws actually do something, that's fine, he'll be able to adjust the lights accordingly on the system they use. This is the only issue I have, once it's fixed, the car will pass the MOT! Any ideas? Thanks. -- -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Quantum Owners Group" group.
