Well it had to happen, I have had my 2+2 RS turbo for 6 years now and it has been a mostly reliable performer especially at track days where it manages to punch up amongst some fast machinery. Last time out however we had brake failure due to a solid pipe that was hidden to me sliced by the alternator pully and I am baffled as to why it was routed even near it! It isnt now though as that problem is fixed but the gearbox is now rumbling badly and either replacement or rebuild is needed. Any advice on boxes gratefully required, what boxes fit? are some stronger and better than others? I have one piece good condition driveshafts so want to keep them. Lastly does anyone have a good box they want to exchage for loot?
