Long topic this. The Xtreme front hubs have the same internal bearing housing as the Sierra hubs, use the same bearings and tightening torque. From memory around 300 NM of torque. Thats the easy bit. I had problems as have some others with the nuts caysing the bearings to tighren when torqued, I also have hadnproblems on track days eith the nuts loosening. I think it is solved now, since putting a new hub on. What I do is; clean the centre lands in the bearing housing so that there are no high spots from punching the bearing cones out; then bench assembly to the specced torque, if the wheel spins freely all good. If it clamps up I put a very thin shim between the inner bearing race and centre land and tighten. I think the issue was poor control of the tolerance on the centre land thickness on some hubs. I did compare mine with a sierra hub and it was slightly down, but i didnt know what the design dimensions are. I have shims if you ever need any. Hope thats useful. The short answer is use Sierra torque, howdver if nousy, surely they should be changed or maybe thats whst you are doing. Nigel
