I may be completely incorrect (I don't have an H4, and am also incorrect anyway), however, ISTR that it's catered for by having drainage to the underside of the car, so any water ingress goes out - just like car doors. Does anyone out there have a H4 that is completely watertight - particularly at the rear of the car where the bottom of the windscreen meets the body? I've been messing around with a variety of different seals for a few weeks and I just cant seem to figure out how it should work. The gap between the windscreen and the rear body just looks much too big to me to find anything that would reasonably seal it? The old seal was reasonably inflexible and perished but even with a like for like new seal on there is a whopping gap underneath the windscreen.
