Hi Peter,

I haven't figured it out just yet. I'll spend a day or so in the next two weeks to try and figure it out in a small test app. Actually I discovered subsequently that the small test app that I had from early experiments earlier this year does still work in Leopard... my production app that works on Tiger is having a problem on Leopard though. There are some environmental differences between the test app and my production app of course so it'll be a matter of finding out what they are.

I'll post my findings to the list. Please also do so if you get to the root of your problems; that'd be a great help.

Incidentally one thing I'm suspicious of is the layout of my shared contexts.

My test app is laid out as follows:

1. context for the fullscreen that QCRenderer renders to; and
2. context for my CV buffer that I render a coloured background to (re-uses the view context via the shareContext param).

My production app is laid out as follows:
1. context for my view that I draw to when I'm not in full screen mode (no QCRenderer-ing in this mode); 2. context for my full screen that QCRenderer renders to when I'm in full screen mode (re-uses the view context); and 3. context for my CV buffer that I render my GL world to (re-uses the view context).

This is fine for Tiger but I'm now wondering if having the CV buffer share the view context as opposed to the fullscreen context is a problem for Leopard... I shall test and report back later.

Cheers,
-C

Did you get to the bottom of your problems... I find my App is broken too, and some of the stuff I had to do in the past in pretty much at the limit of my knowledge.... It looks much easier in Leopard to do some of this stuff now, but I have to keep this app running in Panther too...

I was using some other sample code as I need to go full screen etc. Not sure where my problem is right now.
