I am sure this has been addressed at some point. Have relative paths
changed in 3.0? I have been using "~/Documents/myFolder/" as a way to
point to a document. However in version 3.0, that seems to have
changed. Is there a work around or another method I should be using
other than the tilde? When I set the paths explicitly, they work
fine, but I would like to have this be portable without the need to
change the path for each machine my app is loaded onto.
