You need to export it as a video file (QC just saves the composition inside a .mov file, and PCs don't support quartz composer at all).

The best option is quicktime pro, but if it's not worth spending the money for you there's a program that will do it for free in the developer tools. Find it here:

/developers/examples/quicktime/qtkit

You might need to compile it (which is actually pretty easy - just open the project in xcode and click the green go button).
