Hi, I want to draw a circle in the middle of the screen, maybe with some tick marks around it, kinda like the face of a clock, or a compass. Then I want to spin it.
Is there an easy way to do this in QC that I'm just missing, or should I create an image in PhotoShop and just spin that?
