Ok after some more search, found this post : http://kineme.net/forum/Discussion/DevelopingCompositions/GLSLshadersiniteratorsabreakthroughToneburstshoulddefinitely and make it work by taking the iterator inside my GLSL and not the opposite. works perfectly now. :)
