I have done some more experimenting with this, and have found out that I can still use iVisualise when running iTunes in 32 bit mode, and my composition still works, partially. The way the composition works is that it searches the folder that the currently playing track is in for images and it creates a slideshow of these images, playing each once as the track plays. So if the track was 6 minutes long and three images were found, it would play each image for 2 minutes. I had to update the composition to open in the latest version of QC and now it's not working as it was before. It is still finding all of the artwork, but it is only playing each image for a couple of seconds leaving a black screen until it is time to transition to the next image when the image appears again in time to transition to the next image.
I have three questions then: 1. What do I need to do to get the composition working again with iVisualise in 32 bit mode? Something seems to have gone awry when updating the composition. 2. Is there an alternate method of using the composition in iTunes in 64 bit mode? 3. It would seem that 'Music Visualizer' compositions wouldn't be suited to what I am trying to do. Is this correct? Thanks, Nick
