I don't have experience with Music Visualizer composition, sorry.

However, I see that you are using a deprecated Java Script patch in you 
composition (may be because the composition is very old?). My suggestion is to 
replace it with the new one which may be better tested with the current 
environment (unfortunately the new one is buggy, too).

Also you are using the Interpolation patches in "loop"-mode. The problem with 
this is, that in edge cases the interpolation jumps from "1.000000001" to "0" 
giving you a wrong alpha value for your Billboard patch. Switch the Loop-mode 
to "none".
