I reinstalled the package by executing the "sudo apt install qubes-whonix-workstation" (happened to workstation too) and "sudo apt install "sudo apt install qubes-whonix-gateway". It's seems to be a bug with Whonix upgrade. But this issue should be reported to the Whonix project directly. I CC'd Patrick.
