It isn't. Last night I built Xenial - I'll put in a PR today, although there's some stuff that needs tidying up - why don't the versions share the same keyring? Why identical package lists? Looks like a fair bit of duplication for reasons that escape me. Also, is there a need to retain the old versions? My preference would be to just have LTS.
