I guess I should re-phrase the question.. Has the upgrade been tested from version 2? What is the failure rate for the upgrade?
Upgrading to 3.1 first, that happens normally the same way as the 3.1 - 3.2 upgrade? What is the data consumption for these upgrades? i.e. how much data does it use?
