I done some research and found that we can send screenshot to gthumb (Gnome Thumbs) and add the ability into it to upload screenshots to imgurl like tool already do. But it does not solve anything.
We need some lightweight image editing software at AppVM to edit image for: 1) annotate 2) blur some area 3) crop. Gthumb can only crop. Maybe GIMP? But it's too heavy. Also there is Shutter at Fedora Fusion repository.
