I would also love to see a QSB-announce mailing (especially because qubes-users is quite active, and only subscribing to qubes-users to filter for "[qubes-users] Announcing QSB #" is not the best way to handle the current lack of QSB-announce). I guess it is not a big effort for you to create one more list and send the QSB's to one more recipient.
