I have both VT-x and VT-d enabled in my bios. According to xl dmesg following 
technologies are enabled: IOMMU, Queued Invalidation, Interrupt Remapping and 
Shared EPT tables. Snoop Control and Dom0 DMA Passthrough are not enabled.
I went through the libxl-driver.log but the only thing that stood out were the 
multiple warnings that the USB controller does not support reset from sysfs.
