Yes, the same components, but not necessarily from the same links, because the prices are always changing... I copy the each item's name and search which seller has a cheapest price for it, and check if a seller has at least 80% rating (if its a rare hard to find item) or 90-95% at least if its a common item For example: Compal POST cards became cheaper since the last update of this table, you could read more about it here - http://dangerousprototypes.com/docs/Compal_POST_diagnostic_card , could be a useful stuff!
