The "DisposableVM" entries in the xfce menus are sourced from
/etc/xdg/menus/applications-merged/qubes-dispvm.menu

Create the desktop file in /usr/local/share/applications
Then reference it in the qubes-dispvm.menu file.
The launcher will appear on the menu.
