I don't think it does man. But thats just my opinion. I don't see any benefit to opening the vault in a disposable. Just use the default vault setup and make sure that you don't do anything but use keepassx in your vault. In fact I would trust the disposable vm less then your vault vm. I've changed to only use disposable vm for doing things untrusted now.
