Of course why wouldn't it?
The issue with desktops is that the OEM's fail to properly implement it
in their proprietary firmware as to differentiate their server
motherboard lines.

That is ryzen, a new platform not bulldozer.
As usual the OEM's have failed to properly implement it in their desktop boards.
