I've been seeing this too, although sometimes it goes on after half a minute only to hang at some other point (after loads of messages). I noticed that if I manually shut down all qubes, INCLUDING, sys-net, before logging out then this problem is avoided. Next time you reboot, can you try that and let us know if this isn't just me? That may help with debugging.
