I think it was already set to no-strict-reset. Here's the qvm-pci entry: dom0:00_14.0 USB controller: Intel Corporation Wildcat Point-LP USB xHCI Controller sys-usb (no-strict-reset=True) To be sure I went into Qube Manager, sys-usb->Qubes Setting->Devices and used the "Configure strict reset for PCI devices" button to set it on 00:14.0.
