UEFI & TPM disabled and untested

USB qube makes keyboard and touchscreen partially stop working and seems to be 
connected to something during the loading process once the login screen is 
shown, but does not immediately happen when loading the login screen

this is i7, 16GB, touchscreen, model 5414 dell rugged laptop

i will post more updates as i get them, please all questions are welcome
