Happy new decade!* Quick question: In terms of security, does it matter if I install and use the latest Linux kernel (5.4) or not? If security is increased, is it worth the potential instability, if there is any?
Also, is there a quick diagnostic tool to check if a new installation on a new laptop have all functions working?
