I simply changed the manual proxy settings > (Preferences>Network & Disk Space>Connection Settings) from the default of > 127.0.0.1 port 9102 to 127.0.0.1 port 9150, which restored the connection. > > Sent with [ProtonMail](https://protonmail.com) Secure Email. >
This did the trick. Funny the SOCKS Host was by default set in Thunderbird to 127.0.0.1. I spoke with the whonix chat support and the SOCKS Host should be (in the anon-whonix) set to 10.152.152.10, Port 9102. Now everything is working. Why my default Thunderbird SOCKS Host setting was set to 127.0.0.1 I don't know. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "qubes-users" group.
