Changed status to critical. A patch will have to be in place at the time of
the 1.0.3
tag release so that it can be used by the Installer to create a 1.0.3
tarball. David
or Peter will have to tackle this if Jack doesn't have time by Sept.30 when
we intend
to tag 1.0.3
