Issue 438: update propel-data.patch
http://code.google.com/p/qubit-toolkit/issues/detail?id=438

New issue report by vangarderen.peter:
Symfony changeset 11618 introduced a fix to deal with composite primary
keys.
http://trac.symfony-project.org/changeset/11618

However, this fix conflicts with our Qubit customizations to check for
foreign keys in sfPropelData.class.php (see patches/propel-data.patch)

We need to update the propel-data.patch to either remove the fix or to
implement it in a qubit-compatible way.

As a temporary work-around, developers should ignore this change when
running a SVN update and continue working with their most recently patched
version of sfPropelData.class.php
