In particular: 1) Change URL for qubit trunk 2) Modify information about patching? 3) Remove http://qubit-toolkit.org/wiki/index.php?title=Installation#I_get_a_blank_page_when_I_try_to_run_the_web_installer.21_.28Step_4.29 because it shouldn't happen now?
