New issue 1321 by vangarderen.peter: YUI dialog CSS moves tooltip help to
the top of form instead of next to input control

To reproduce this error:

1) Create a tooltip help for a field that uses a YUI dialog
2) The YUI class is dynamically added: <div class="form-item yui-ac">. It
changes the position: value to 'static' from 'relative'
Resulting error:

The tooltip help moves to the top of the edit form
Expected result:
================
The tooltip div displays next to input control
