New issue 1415 by epmclellan: Clicking "See all" button causes navigation
problems in treeview hierarchy

To reproduce this error:

1)Create a fonds with more than 10 series
2)In the treeview hierarchy of the fonds show screen, click the "See all"
button
3)Click on some of the series in the hierarchy
Resulting error:
================
The "See all" button now appears in the hierarchies of all the series,
whether or not the series have descendants; the siblings of the series
disappear from the hierarchy
Expected result:
================
"See all" should not appear unless the series has more than 10 descendants;
the siblings of the series should remain visible in the treeview hierarchy
