To reproduce this error:

1)Click admin > users
2)Click on a user
3)Click the "information object permissions" tab
4)Click the edit button
Resulting error:
================
Opens user 'profile' edit page.
Expected result:
================
Opens user information object permission edit page
(editInformationObjectAcl)
