New issue 1434 by epmclellan: In Broad Term field in taxonomy edit screen,
Narrow Terms appear as auto-select choices

To reproduce this error:

1)Open the edit screen of a term that has descendants
2)Click on auto-complete fields for Broad Term
Resulting error:
================
1. Narrow Terms of the current term can be selected, contrary to standards
2. Saving a Narrow Term in this field causes an internal 500 server error;
see attached error screen
Expected result:
================
Narrow Terms of the current term should not appear as choices. I am calling
this critical because user can break the app.
